Each piece from I AM Studio is handcrafted, using recycled metals and precious gemstones. Because each piece is made by hand - not mass produced - variations in texture, finish and form are intentional, and part of what makes your jewellery unique

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final

Please choose carefully and check sizes, descriptions and details before placing your order. We are here to help you with any questions you may have prior to purchasing

If you are unsure of your ring size, it's recommended to pop into your local jeweller to be sized

If your piece arrives with any unexpected flaw, please reach out immediately via email or instagram so that we can assist

 

Jewellery Care

Your jewellery is made to last - as long as you care for it appropriately

It is important to look after your piece with the utmost care. General wear and tear over time is expected and unavoidable

• remove your piece when showering, swimming, cleaning, going to the gym or gardening
• avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and chemicals
• store your piece in the box provided when not being worn, in a safe place
• to clean, use a mixture of mild dish soap in warm water, and scrub with a very soft toothbrush or cloth
  
• use the polishing cloth provided, and your piece will be shining like new!

Opal Jewellery

• opals are a soft stone, similar to the hardness of glass. Keep this in mind and avoid any actions that could cause physical impact to the stone 
• avoid wearing in water. While solid opals are generally fine, Doublet opals must not be submerged, as it can affect the appearance and longevity of the stone
• always keep your opal jewellery stored in the box provided, or soft touch when not being worn
